It’s rainy outside today and it’s just me and Ellie in the house. I turned on some music (Jason Isbell) cooked some breakfast (sausage & biscuits with grape jelly – I don’t care if it’s not healthy – and I don’t care if you think it’s weird, Sandra!) and sat down with my dog for a quiet morning. I loved it.
So, here’s a little update on my writing projects:
I’m still waiting to hear from Oni Press about Natural Twenty. They say it’ll take up to two months. Just crossing my fingers on that one. I have no idea what I’m going to do with the story if they reject it.
I’m finishing up an outline for Haint Blue, which is a Lovecraftian novella I plan on publishing on Amazon at the beginning of 2016. Tutela (I still don’t like that name) has been put on the backburner until after Haint Blue is finished. I’m also doing research on a serial killer thriller for next year. Not sure what I’ll call it yet. I’m thinking something cheesy, like Served Cold.
And that’s all I got for now.
